A network valued at just over £104 billion, which carries approximately one-third of all road traffic in England and nearly two-thirds of all heavy freight traffic.

Prince 2 Foundation or graduate qualification would also be desirable although those with proven experience that have come from a technical administration or business management background will be considered.
